Abstract

В работе проанализированы статус эксперта как участника уголовного судопроизводства и его заключение как источник доказательств в судопроизводстве России. Исследование проведено на основе анализа теоретических работ по данной тематике, законодательной базы Российской Федерации, а также практики применения специальных познаний экспертами экспертно-криминалистических подразделений органов внутренних дел города Нальчика.
