Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу реформирования советской образовательной системы в 19171921 гг. В работе акцентируется внимание на проблеме реорганизации высшего юридического образования. Делается вывод о том, что, несмотря на изначальный отказ от обучения юристов, уже к началу 1920-х гг. в ходе реализации новой экономической политики руководство страны пошло не только на реформирование действовавшей правовой системы, но и на восстановление системы юридического образования.
