Abstract

В статье подробно исследуются существующие методические подходы к оценке и учету высокопроизводительных рабочих мест в России на основе анализа Методики расчета показателя «Прирост высокопроизводительных рабочих мест, в процентах к предыдущему году», разработанной Федеральной службой государственной статистики. Выдвигаются предложения по совершенствованию существующей Методики, в частности говорится о необходимости введения дополнительных показателей для оценки рабочего места как высокопроизводительного, ежегодного определения порогового значения показателя среднемесячной заработной платы на одно замещенное рабочее место и т. д.
