Механизм Управления Процессами Формирования И Использования Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

В статье представлены основные результаты разработки механизма управления человеческим капиталом. Предложено определение понятия «человеческий капитал». Делается вывод о том, что реализация разработанного механизма позволит решить проблемы формирования и использования человеческого капитала и будет способствовать углублению взаимодействия органов государственной власти, предприятий и организаций, образовательных учреждений.
