Современные Тенденции В Динамике Денежных Доходов Населения Северного Региона В Сложных Экономических Условиях

Abstract

Актуальность темы исследования заключается в необходимости усиления роли социальной политики всех уровней власти в условиях существенного ухудшения уровня жизни россиян на современном этапе макроэкономической нестабильности. В работе представлен анализ тенденций в динамике денежных доходов жителей Тюменской области. Определено положение региона в структуре федерального округа по ключевым показателям уровня жизни населения. Описана трансформация распределения тюменцев по размеру среднедушевых доходов. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке алгоритма выявления региональных особенностей трансформации денежных доходов населения, отражающих динамику материального благосостояния в регионе в условиях экономического кризиса, в целях разработки и внедрения эффективных программ по поддержке уровня жизни на территории Уральского федерального округа.
