Abstract

Статья посвящена особенностям конституционно-правового статуса Счетной палаты РФ в системе государственного финансового аудита (контроля). Особое внимание уделяется принципу независимости Счетной палаты, рассматривается особый статус высшего органа внешнего государственного аудита в системе органов государственной власти.
