Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной и практически значимой проблеме анализа административной деятельности полиции в сфере профилактики правонарушений несовершеннолетних. В качестве элемента системы государственного реагирования на деяния, обладающие повышенной степенью общественной опасности, она рассматривается как специфическая сфера социального управления и контроля, где значительную роль играют органы внутренних дел.
