Abstract

Статья раскрывает правовые аспекты профилактики преступлений в пассажирских поездах. Целью работы является ознакомление с современным состоянием информационного обеспечения деятельности оперативных и следственных аппаратов органов внутренних дел на транспорте по расследованию преступлений в поездах. Определены и обоснованы методы сбора, накопления, обработки, хранения и использования соответствующей информации. Автором сделаны выводы об особенностях функционирования пассажирского железнодорожного транспорта, которые должны учитываться оперативными и следственными работниками в предотвращении и раскрытии преступлений исследуемой группы. Выводы и рекомендации могут применяться для профилактики преступлений на железной дороге.
