Abstract

Исследование посвящено криминологической характеристике особенностей личности дорожнотранспортного преступника, выявлению соотношения и воздействия социальных, биологических, психических (психофизических) компонентов личности на формирование и провоцирование такого преступного поведения. В ходе работы авторами сделаны выводы о неразрывности биологических и социальных составляющих, которые по отдельности не влияют на становление преступной личности и не побуждают к девиантному поведению. Но опосредованное влияние социальных факторов на психофизические отклонения приводит к возможному преступному поведению.
