Возможности Ресурсной Реструктуризации Преобладающего Вида Хозяйственной Деятельности Для Обеспечения Устойчивого Развития Экономики Региона

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена технология ресурсной реструктуризации преобладающего вида хозяйственной деятельности, позволяющая выявить его избыточные ресурсные возможности для их последующей передачи другим видам хозяйственной деятельности с использованием рыночных механизмов. Показано, что отдельные мероприятия ресурсной реструктуризации оказывают нелинейное воздействие на участников экономики региона, поэтому необходимо учитывать эластичность влияния и время задержки мероприятий для разработки программы устойчивого развития экономики региона.
