Abstract

В статье определяется специфика работы служб управления персоналом за рубежом (на примере организаций США, Германии, Японии, а также транснациональных корпораций). Выявлены функции, исполняемые службой персонала (кадровой службой) в зарубежных фирмах (кадровая, плановая, социальная, правовая, экономическая). Сделан вывод о том, что теоретические разработки в области управления трудом, активно используемые за рубежом, могут быть доработаны и применены в системе кадрового менеджмента России.
