Abstract

В статье рассматриваются исторические предпосылки развития научно-технической политики за рубежом в качестве отдельного направления государственного регулирования. Подчеркивается, что проблема формирования концептуальных основ государственной технологической политики весьма многоаспектна, и перспективы ее становления в конечном счете зависят от общей концепции социально-экономических преобразований, разработка которой осуществляется под противоречивым воздействием множества факторов.
