Abstract

В статье подробно раскрывается механизм взаимодействия политических партий Великобритании по «шотландскому вопросу», дается оценка уровня гражданской активности. Прослежены этапы трансформации политических позиций партий Великобритании относительно модернизации центр-периферийных отношений. Актуальность темы определяется изменением общественно-политического влияния этнических регионов в государственно-политической системе стран Европы, и в частности Великобритании, интересы которых представлены политическими движениями и региональными партиями.
