Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению способов построения систем и технологий социально-экономического мониторинга как инструмента регионального и муниципального управления. Мониторинг представлен как информационная технология научно обоснованного получения информации об управляемой системе для реализации программы управления. Показано, что традиционная система социально-экономического мониторинга не в полной мере содействует эффективному управлению, так как в основном констатирует результаты функционирования объекта управления (региона или муниципального образования). Поэтому целью исследования является разработка инновационной модели социально-экономического мониторинга.
