Abstract

В статье устанавливается важность процессов поиска и отбора сотрудников для обеспечения эффективности деятельности организации. Проведено отличие между кадровой службой предприятия и отделом по работе с персоналом. Представлена характеристика наиболее распространенных на практике способов подбора персонала (выбор среди выпускников вузов, размещение объявления в СМИ, трудоустройство «собственными силами», вербовка кадров других предприятий, использование услуг частных кадровых агентств). Рассмотрены стандартные и нестандартные (графология и пр.) методы отбора персонала из числа откликнувшихся на вакансию кандидатов.
