Abstract

В статье рассматриваются процессы создания единого информационного пространства для стран участниц Евразийского экономического союза, а также проводится анализ возможностей, которые предоставляются государственным структурам в процессе внедрения информационных технологий. Доказывается, что повышение конкурентоспособности национальных экономик возможно лишь при активном использовании таких инструментов, как электронная коммерция и электронный документооборот.
