Abstract

В статье предлагается обратить внимание на новые направления в управлении и создании инфраструктуры информационной поддержки бизнеса, которые могут быть востребованы на всей территории Российской Федерации, обеспечить в предпринимательской среде обмен информацией о различного рода проблемах и способах их решения. Охарактеризован опыт Республики Саха (Якутии) по внедрению передовых идей, касающихся инфраструктуры развития предпринимательства. Констатируется необходимость изменения модели управления российской экономикой, подходящим инструментом в данном контексте называется agile-менеджмент.
