Трансформация Элит В Условиях Глобализации

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу процесса трансформации элит в России, происходящего в условиях информатизации всех сторон жизни и переориентации на новые платформы управления. Установлено, что в цепи исторических форм глобализации: колонизации империализации информатизации, просматривается общая тенденция порабощения большего количества людей. Сегодня для достижения этой цели формируется новая культурная и политическая элита, ориентированная в управлении на сетевые и цифровые технологии. Ориентированная элита в лице современной интеллигенции делает ставку не на нравственные ценности, а на материальные, создавая угрозы и риски возникновения конфликтных ситуаций по всему миру.
