Abstract

В статье рассмотрены дискуссионные вопросы конструирования квалифицированных составов контрабанды оружия, наркотических средств и психотропных веществ, а также уклонения от уплаты таможенных платежей по признаку применения насилия к лицам, осуществляющим пограничный или таможенный контроль.
