К Вопросу Об Эффективности Использования Оперативно-Справочных Учетов При Раскрытии И Расследовании Преступлений

Abstract

В статье анализируются возможности использования оперативно-справочных учетов в практике правоохранительных органов. В настоящее время использование указанных учетов при раскрытии и расследовании преступлений осложнено рядом факторов. Автор обозначил два основных проблемных направления, препятствующих эффективному использованию оперативно-справочных учетов: техническое и кадровое. Сформулированы предложения по устранению данных проблем.
