Abstract

В статье рассматриваются интеграционные процессы в инновационной среде транспортных систем, предлагается концептуальный подход к решению этой проблемы, заключающийся в использовании механизмов стратегического управления бизнес-процессами в производственных структурах, основанных на интеграционном взаимодействии и ориентированных на инновационный принцип развития. Доказывается, что, для того чтобы получить высокую эффективность транспортной системы, необходимо активно использовать все преимущества интеграционного процесса, которые в данном случае заключаются в применении эффективных инструментов по обмену данными в процессе всей цепочки поставок.
