Abstract

В статье представлены результаты теоретического анализа дефиниции «кластер», актуальность которого заключается в том, что между практикой кластеризации российской промышленности и научными теориями, с помощью которых представляется возможным объяснить феномен кластера, присутствует разрыв, не позволяющий проводить идентификацию промышленных кластеров. Предложено авторское определение понятия «кластер», учитывающее, в отличие от существовавших ранее, особенности взаимодействия организаций с органами исполнительной власти и образовательными учреждениями.
