Значение Коммуникативного Подхода Ю. Хабермаса В Развитии Современной Теории Политической Коммуникации

Abstract

В статье определяется значение подхода Ю. Хабермаса в развитии теории политической коммуникации. Выявляются общие черты математикотехнического направления изучения социальной коммуникации и научные проблемы, нерешенные вопросы, к которым оно привело. Подход Ю. Хабермаса сравнивается с основанным на техническом направлении системным подходом. Прослеживается, как ученый решает поставленные проблемы. Для понимания теории Ю. Хабермаса проясняются ее философские основания в герменевтико-феноменологическом подходе и их взаимосвязь с «критическим» изучением общества. Устанавливается роль принципов рационального дискурса, разработанных Ю. Хабермасом, для достижения демократического консенсуса и осуществления концепции делиберативной демократии.
