«Золотая Инициатива» М. Каддафи Как Вызов Новому Мировому Порядку

Abstract

Строительство нового мирового порядка практически завершено, поэтому сегодня наблюдаются попытки его не столько дальнейшего распространения, сколько защиты. С момента своего появления он всегда встречал сопротивление, не является исключением и наше время. Одним из последних вызовов новому мировому порядку была инициатива М. Каддафи ввести золотой динар и сохранить самостоятельность центрального банка. Интервенция в Ливию, завершившаяся свержением режима М. Каддафи, имела под собой крайне слабую правовую основу, тогда как под множеством официальных мотивов скрывалось желание сохранить доминирование мировой валюты.
