Abstract

В статье рассматриваются взгляды А.П. Куницына на сущность и предназначение судебной власти. В центре внимания автора статьи общая цель членов общества, которая выступает как идейное основание системы государственной власти, в которую входит судебная власть. Судебная власть характеризуется с точки зрения ее опоры на естественно-правовые идеи, законность, единство судебной практики.
