Квалификация Рабочей Силы Как Фактор Экономического Роста

Abstract

В статье показаны основные противоречивые тенденции в развитии рынка труда как европейского региона, так и России. Рассматриваются стратегии развития рабочей силы в развитых странах и их ключевые индикаторы, а также основные статистические показатели российского рынка труда. В России в последние годы обострилась проблема воспроизводства рабочей силы: увеличивается средний возраст занятого населения. Без решения этой проблемы невозможна интеграция страны в мировое глобальное пространство с устойчивым конкурентным преимуществом.
