Abstract

В статье приведены расчеты региональной составляющей ставок платы за древесину на корню на рентной основе с дифференциацией затрат по видам рубок, направлениям использования лесоматериалов, рынкам сбыта с учетом экологических ограничений на примере Республики Бурятия. Предложена схема формирования и распределения платежей за древесину на корню в условиях децентрализации управления лесами и лесопользованием.
