Банкротство Физических Лиц: Возможно Или Нет

Abstract

В статье анализируются проектные изменения, которые вносятся в действующий ФЗ «О несостоятельности (банкротстве)», а также положения проекта ФЗ «О реабилитационных процедурах, применяемых в отношении гражданина-должника», который вступит в законную силу в 2015 г. Автор приводит данные интернет-анкетирования о банкротстве физических лиц и предполагает возможным признание физического лица банкротом в РФ в связи с тем, что многие граждане РФ на протяжении нескольких лет являются должниками и неплатежеспособны по разным обстоятельствам.
