Abstract

В статье отмечен высокий МедиаИндекс региона (сентябрь 2014 г.) и проанализированы итоги исполнения подписанных в мае 2012 г. указов президента РФ по следующим направлениям: получение государственных и муниципальных услуг, создание и модернизация высокопроизводительных рабочих мест, объем инвестиций, реализация проектов в сфере высоких технологий, производительность труда, повышение квалификации и профессиональная подготовка, рост доходов бюджета, построение в регионе инновационной экономики, повышение оплаты труда отдельным категориям работников бюджетной сферы, улучшение демографической ситуации.
