О Некоторых Аспектах Внешней Политики Республики Корея

Abstract

Новый президент Южной Кореи обновила концепцию отношений страны с Северной Кореей в рамках «политики доверия», которая фокусируется на экономическом сотрудничестве и лидерстве. Новая стратегия предлагает отделить экономическое сотрудничество от денуклиаризации, а Южная Корея подталкивает Северную к тому, чтобы она стала «великой державой», не акцентируясь на вопросах ядерного оружия. Автор считает, что мировому сообществу следует использовать данные подходы, изменить существующую динамику и призвать США отказаться от широкого применения санкций (которые оказались бесполезными), чтобы добиться позитивного диалога с режимом Ким Чен Ына и общего ослабления напряженности в регионе.
