Исследование Миграционного Оттока Населения В Республике Бурятия

Abstract

В статье рассматривается социальнодемографическое положение Республики Бурятия, определены проблемы, приведена динамика демографических и миграционных показателей. Исследование миграционных процессов необходимо для разработки комплекса мер, направленных на снижение миграционного оттока трудоспособного населения в другие регионы. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы при разработке региональных программ в области занятости населения и регионального баланса трудовых ресурсов.
