Abstract

В статье рассматриваются новые требования к государственной политике развития и поддержки малого и среднего предпринимательства, которые диктуются приоритетами модернизации национальной экономики. Акцентируется внимание на усилении целевого характера этой поддержки и ее ориентации на ускорение инновационных процессов в экономике.
