Abstract

В статье рассмотрена проблема продвижения групп образовательных учреждений модераторами в социальных сетях. Приведены результаты двух исследований: контент-анализа и фокус-группы. Контент-анализ был проведен среди трех успешных групп московских университетов: МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова, Московской высшей школы экономики и РЭУ им. Г.В. Плеханова. Фокус-группа была применена среди студентов экономического факультета Пермского государственного научного исследовательского университета. На основе результатов исследований были разработаны рекомендации для повышения популярности и востребованности группы «Поступай на эконом ПГНИУ (ПГУ)» среди абитуриентов и студентов.
