Трехсекторная Модель Занятости В Экономике Украины

Abstract

В статье исследуются проблемы занятости в экономике Украины в период формирования рыночной экономики и движения к постиндустриальному обществу. Подчеркивается, что цивилизационное движение общества от первичного к вторичному и третичному секторам отражает трехсекторная модель занятости. Обосновано, что в постсоветских странах это движение имеет свои особенности, которые обусловлены дезинтеграционными и новыми интеграционными процессами. Показано, что улучшение секторальной структуры занятости в экономике Украины возможно путем правильного выбора вектора интеграции в краткосрочном и долгосрочном периодах.
