Исправительные Работы Как Один Из Видов Наказаний За Неосторожные Преступления

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются исправительные работы как один из видов наказаний за преступления, совершенные по неосторожности. Анализируются исследования института исправительных работ в науке уголовного и уголовно-исполнительного права и практика применения этого вида наказания в зарубежном законодательстве. Автор придерживается мнения о том, что исправительные работы это замаскированный штраф в рассрочку и предлагает заменить исправительные работы штрафом.
