Abstract

The specific problematic issues of domestic legistaion for the owner's eguity instruments, including insider's information have been elucidated as well as the recommendations, directed on ist improvement have been offered. Висвітлюються окремі проблемні аспекти вітчизняного законодавства щодо інструментів власного капіталу, в т. ч. інсайдерської інформаці та містить рекомендації, спрямовані на його удосконалення.
