Abstract

The analysis of innovation systems functioning in the world leading countries has been carried out on this basis. The recommendations on the state innovation policy formation have been offered. It has been grounded that the market-oriented national innovation policies directed on the activation of scientific and technical and innovation activities is the most advantageous for Ukraine. Проведено аналіз функціонування інноваційних систем у провідних країнах світу. На його основі запропоновано рекомендації щодо формування державної інноваційної політики. Обґрунтовано, що найбільш вигідною для України є ринково орієнтована державна інноваційна політика, спрямована на активізацію науково-технічної і інноваційної діяльності.
