Abstract

Evolution of studies on the agrarian production potential has been shown as well as the specified methods of its calculation, including the specified methods of the land monetary estimation have been grounded. Показана эволюция учения об аграрном производственном потенциале и обоснованная уточненная методика его расчета, включая уточненную методику денежной оценки земли.
