The classification of milk industrial enterprises on the basis of branch and technological peculiarities of their activity has been made. On the basis of the suggested classification of the milk industrial enterprises the peculiarities of their activity and accounting organization of costs accounting and costing have been determined. Здійснено класифікацію підприємств молочної промисловості на основі галузевих та технологічних особливостей їх діяльності. На основі запропонованої класифікації підприємств молочної промисловості визначено особливості їх діяльності таєорганізації обліку витрат та калькулювання собівартості.
