Abstract

The ability of the enterprises administration according to the legislation towards the reimbursement of the losses yielded to the enterprise by the employee have been observed. Only the full material responsibility has been considered. Досліджено можливості адміністрації підприємства згідно із законодавством щодо відшкодування завданих збитків підприємству працівником. Розглядається лише повна матеріальна відповідальність.
