Abstract

Issues on personnel motivation as one of the most significant functions of practical management as well as methods of motivational programs development have been considered. It has been shown that motivational management can cause both high and low workers’ productivity. The directions of personnel motivation as the major prerequisite to increase of enterprise’s activity efficiency have been studied. Розглянуто питання мотивації персоналу як однієї з найважливіших функцій практичного менеджменту та методи розробки мотиваційних програм. Наведено, що мотиваційний менеджмент може привести як до максимальної так і до низької віддачі робітників. Досліджені напрямки мотивації персоналу як основної передумови підвищення результативності діяльності підприємства.
