Abstract

The essence of the category “labor potential” and its component structure has been considered in the article as well as the basic problems of reproduction of population’s labor potential in Zhytomyr region and Ukraine have been distinguished, the main directions of improvement of usage and reproduction of economically active population at the state and regional level have been outlined. Розглянуто суть категорії “трудовий потенціал”, його компонентну структуру, виділено основні проблеми відтворення трудового потенціалу Житомирської області та України, окреслено основні напрямки покращення використання та відтворення економічно-активного населення на рівні держави та регіону.
