Abstract

Contemporary approaches have been analyzed as well as the author’s view on the matter and priorities of forming the personnel reserve of an organization in the context of human capital theory has been presented. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи та викладено авторський погляд щодо змісту та пріоритетів формування кадрового резерву організації в контексті теорії людського капіталу.
