Abstract

The mechanism of motivating effective work as a component an enterprise’s management as well as the relationship between motivation system and economic results has been considered in the article. Розглянуто механізм мотивації ефективної праці як складової системи управління підприємством, взаємозв’язок мотиваційної системи із економічними результатами.
