Abstract

The methodological bases of social and economic forecasting have been considered in the article. T he fact that forecasting becomes one of the key scientific factors of forming the strategy and tactics of social development under the conditions of scientific and technical progress as well as the improvement of state economic system is emphasized. Розглянуто методологічні основи соціально-економічного прогнозування. Акцентується увага на те, що в умовах науково-технічного прогресу й удосконалення економічної системи держави, прогнозування стає одним із вирішальних наукових факторів формування стратегії і тактики суспільного розвитку.
