Abstract

The oretical approaches towards the estimation of budget system functioning as a management subsystem, aimed at the optimization of factors of production and time usage have been determined. The methods of estimation of the effectiveness of budget system implementation and its functioning on the example of a large-scale industrial enterprise have been developed. Визначено теоретичні підходи до оцінки функціонування системи бюджетування як підсистеми управління, призначення якої оптимізація використання факторів виробництва та часу. Розроблено методику оцінки ефективності впровадження та функціонування системи бюджетування на прикладі великого промислового підприємства.
