Abstract

The usage and treatment of the concept “derivatives” in national legislation has been analyzed. The approaches towards the treatment of the concept “derivatives” have been considered, as well as its essence has been disclosed. Проведений аналіз застосування та надано трактування поняття “похідні фінансові інструменти” у вітчизняному законодавстві. Розглянуто підходи щодо трактування поняття “похідні фінансові інструменти”, розкрито його сутність.
