Abstract

The influence of employment characteristics on the state and dynamics of human capital development has been analyzed as well as priorities of state regulation of employment according to present-day objectives in the sphere of human capital development in Ukraine have been determined. Проаналізовано вплив характеристик зайнятості населення на стан та динаміку розвитку людського капіталу, визначено пріоритети державного регулювання зайнятості у відповідності до сучасних завдань у сфері управління людським капіталом України.
