Abstract

The necessity of personnel certification setting has been grounded as well as hierarchy of measures stimulating labor productivity on machinery complex enterprises which will directly influence on industry’s renewing processes have been suggested. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження сертифікації персоналу тазапропоновано ієрархію заходів, які стимулюють покращення продуктивності праці на підприємствах машинобудівного комплексу, що безпосередньо впливає на відтворювальні процеси галузі.
