Abstract

The prerequisites of payment cards implementation have been considered as well as division of the process of consumers’ cards functioning into periods in Ukraine has been presented and grounded. The role of payment card in modem world has been outlined. Розглянуто передумови впровадження платіжних карток, наведена та обґрунтована періодизація функціонування споживчих карток в Україні. Зазначено роль платіжної картки в сучасному світі.
